For black and odorous water bodies, our country has vigorously rectified and implemented the "Ten Water Articles", which stipulate the elimination of black and odorous water bodies.

According to the project and the inlet and outlet water quality requirements, the project has strict effluent standards and large treatment capacity. The treatment needs to adopt a four-stage treatment process, and the main process adopts "coagulation, magnetic coagulation, flocculation and efficient precipitation".

The traditional process technology route can only further attach the traditional "tertiary treatment" equipment system, which can neither avoid the huge and complex traditional secondary biochemical treatment system, nor avoid the traditional tertiary filtration and adsorption treatment system with very expensive investment and operating costs. These are precisely the taboos of wastewater reuse. Therefore, the environmental protection market is in urgent need of new sewage treatment technologies and new equipment with higher purification efficiency, the treated effluent can meet the existing environmental protection standards and can be reused in the city, and the investment and operating costs should be acceptable to the economic strength of the existing city. Compared with other wastewater treatment processes, magnetic flocculation technology has the following advantages

(2) The treatment effect is good, the effluent quality is comparable to the effluent of the ultrafiltration membrane, and the magnetic flocculation process can effectively remove particulate pollutants, microbial contaminants and some pollutants dissolved in the water from the water, such as: COD, BOD, suspended solids, total phosphorus, color, turbidity, etc., especially for phosphorus. It can also be combined with bioprocesses for very efficient and economical denitrification.

(3) Strong impact load resistance, and unique impact resistance to the impact of water quality. When the previous process fails, or other harmful metal ions enter the sewage treatment system, the sewage can directly enter the magnetic coagulation system, and the system can still maintain a high removal effect and greatly remove pollutants in the water.

(4) The equipment and process can be adjusted at any time, with strong flexibility and small footprint, and can be set up as a mobile processing workshop (such as: mobile equipment processing vehicle, prefabricated house, etc.), and can be installed at a designated location according to demand, or a fixed plant can be built.

(5) The investment is low, which has obvious advantages over membrane treatment, and the magnetic particle can be recycled and recycled in the system, with a recovery rate of 99%.

(6) The operating cost is low, the service life of the equipment is long, and in addition to normal maintenance, there is no need to replace parts and cause high secondary investment.
